Advice for tonight

I am going out on my my fishing partner's boat (regulator 23) this afternoon into evening, leaving from New Bedford.

Should I convince him to:

A) throw files and plugs at the south coast as we drift from s. dartmouth to fairhaven?

B) troll around some spots we know in the bay with various trolling plugs?

C) anchor off one of the islands and three-way eels while throwing pulgs at said island?

D) jig quicks for a while, then continue to jig around the islands?

I am sick and tired of schoolies and need to catch some decent sized fish. I don't care if they don't count...

Your thoughts are appreciated.

Thanks
