Angry but that would be

indecent exposure bigfish and putting yourself at risk for fines or freedoms

so it would be better to bring a jar of piss with you and ceremoniously

pour it over the stinky mess to extinguish the smoldering offensive butts.

in california they have these beach sifter vehicles that pick up and

redistribute sifted "clean sand" back onto the beach..... real nice...

its what we need here.... i used to drive over a hundred miles to find


a secluded beach.... without all that pollution.... rare find now....

kills me to see people at the turn around signal lights dumping their

full astrays out the window as if the street is their personal dump...

and the people who are walking into department stores think nothing

of taking their last few drags before entering and then just tossing it still

lit at the entrance of the store.... it's illegal and not enforced daily.
