NOAA Fisheries Service has approved the request of the State of Rhode Island to transfer 50,186 lb of commercial summer flounder quota to the States of Maine, Connecticut, New York, Delaware, and Maryland, and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Through this action, NOAA Fisheries Service is adjusting the quotas and announcing the revised commercial quota for each state involved.
