my day...
today was not my day... but i need an opinion on what i should do..
alright so my day normally starts at 5:30am and i get on the bus at about 6:40am... so i'm on the bus this morning, its rainin and so i shut the window, i shut it right one my left hand middle finger, it starts bleedin really good didnt stop for about 15 minutes or so.. i get to school, then i go to my first class internship, on tuesdays.. the main guy was out today, so it was like a free day.. and at 7:30 in the morning i'm out of it and so is everyone else.. i get back from gettin something for my friend and ice for my finger... and this kid named derek, he's in a gang and does drugs, and about 2 weeks pryer to this, he had hit me, pretty good enough to bruise my elbow.. but he starts startin at me with like this ticked off smerk on his face, doesn't say anything, and he's holdin a pair of sharp plyers in his hand pointing me, i know they're sharp, i found out the hard way about a month ago... but he looks like he might hurt me, so i start gettin scared cause i know this kid isnt scared to hurt me.. so i get up slowly, and i go in the other room, start cryin, and about 20 mins later, i'm in the vice principals office writing out statements.. the cop that was there said that he had done a felony on hitting me and thats when i think it hit me.. but after i wrote the statements, i went back to class, and heard nothing else about it.. so i have NO IDEA what so ever is going the heck on..
now people are sayin press charges and stuff, what am i gonna do, sue for someone hitting me with a bottle?? it just doesn't make any sense..
