No one will be happier than me if the Sox sign Clemens.....but......I think it is silly to pay a player $20,000,000 to play for only 4 months....and he only plays every 5th day! Others will start doing the same thing....you will see! Hiring out like mercenaries.....bucks for ball games! Oh well!
My feeling is he will desire to come back to Boston to end his career as he started it...it will be the thoughts of the grand ovation he will get, and the opportunity to play for a great Sox team and maybe another ring!
