Yes it's from France

I maybe am the guy who posts from time to time (usually around my holiday in RI...), but I'm not the builder of that plug.

I can give you the specs though :
name of the lure is Mister Joe or Mister Tropic or Mister 100, depending on the size.
Builder is Eric Le Guyader, a Breton guy like me, who spends some of his time as a professional fisherman, another part as an adviser for tacklemakers, etc...

His lures are moulded, weighted, and very popular in the world of spinning for big fish (GTs and so...)

You can see them on http://orionlure.free.fr/

I will add that I'm very successful with his lures when fishing for Atlantic Sea Bass, and stripers also seemed to like the "Mister" serie...

Last year, my "to go" lure was a white "hot dog 160", very similar to the Tattoo Sea Pup (when september comes ...)

I join an old picture from august 2004...
