Smile Had a 5 species day !

Last friday, I went out in Narragansett Bay( west bay near quonset) with my 15 year old son and his friend, in my 13 foot Peapod. We trolled swimmmers, plugs and plastic eels, and caught so many fish...... that we actually lost count; but there were several times when we (3) all had fish on. we caught Scup, Bluefish, Stripers, Squeteague, and Fluke, all on lures! We fished for a couple of hours till sunset and only had a couple of minutes rest between fish! That was incredible, 5 species in one day! anyway.....they say the Menhaden are very much held up the Bay , where the BIG fish are lurking, gotta catch them soon....as time an tide wait for No man!
