sorry bout the caps i get excited when i see big fish im trailering my boat out of plymouth most of the time ive used chunk herring tube and worm crippled herring with pork tail ive used rig with little eels on it ive caught blues with the tube and worm just havnt had luck with stripers i think my problem is cant get boat slow enough or get rigs deep enough when i chunk i use fish finder and 6oz weight im useing 60lb mono i read alot about lines is that too much ive been out there all through the tides low to high fish finder says theres fish there but to this day i havnt caught a striper yet i can only assume im doin something wrong i try week in and out i catch a good sunburn though i usally fish below 50 ft ill keep reading and putting suggestions to work my next step is to hire a pro to go out and show me how first hand on what im doin wrong thanks for your time i wont use caps again until i get something worthy of putting up here but im having fun i like everything about fishing my real experience is going out with 50 pepole on capt johns year in and out so i know how to bottom fish this year got my own boat and its so worth it fishing in peace by myself i love it even if i cant catch stripers i enjoy fishing and being out on the water!!!!!!!!
