Rumour has it a charter boat out of the Harwich area was bagged yesterday by the EPO's, and the feds in the eez. Guess they followed him as he tried to run and chuck the fish over. They just netted all the bass and finally got him near Monomoy. The feds vow to make an example of him. Not good, not good at all.
