Supermarket Grump XXVI

Been noting a general trend among the younger working class mostly at the supermarkets but also other retail locals! I get in line to check out and I get no "Hello how are you" or "Did you find everything you need?" or even after I say "Hi, how are you?"...not even a reply?!?! Then with the "pleasantries out of the way the cashier and the bagger do nothing but small talk about how "its only 3 minutes until their break" or how they hate this person or that person or how their weekend was!!!!! These businesses better get on top of their employees in respect to customer service and such....I feel as though I am putting these jerks out just getting my groceries!!! I am starting to think the self check-outs are the way to go and put these ungrateful, lazy bastards out of work......then they will have something to complain about!!!!!

OK....carry on!

Almost time to get our fish on!!!
