Watch Hill

Thinking about hitting Watch Hill (lighthouse and or Naptree point) tomorrow night and I have never fished this area before. Does anyone know if it is better to hit this area on the incoming or outgoing tide. High tide in Watch Hill tomorrow night is 3:26 pm with sun set at 7:22 and low tide around 9:20. Any info any one can give me on how to fish this area would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance and I hope everyone has a productive holiday weakend. I'll be sure to post my results.
