I have a Kodak DC215 (OK) after losing
my DC3500 (sweet camera)... One place you can try is cnet.com and look up their reviews for various cameras... Getting a decent camera for around 200-250 is very possible. Excellent cameras run 350 into the 1000s... I don't think there are any good digital camera/camcorder options for around $400... You can get a Sony TRV130 (Digital8/
SWEET Night Vision/Decent bells & whistles for around 450) and the 330 has a built-in digital camera (600) but only takes shots up to 640x480 which is pretty weak)... But none of combos are really good options...
