Yep. It's OK, but nothing like Eddy's. I can make it roll, but only at retrieve speeds I wouldn't use. The reason I built it was to test out an idea someone else posted showing a scooped lip. Can't say it made much difference on this plug. Then again, there is a lot about darters I don't understand. I've built plenty of good ones, but only by copying someone else's (Pinchney's) design. If you play with the darter more...
You might want to extend the slope on the darter farther back, I send mine at least 1/2 way up to about 2/3 back...
Also scoop the lip up to the middle of the face. I do mine on a belt sander.
