Hey John, know anyone who wants to live near you and the water. I listed a house tonight on Beatrice -- 3 bed ranch w/ a garage, brand new vinyl, you have to go buy the street every day, About 4 streets before the little bridge, Sunday listing one North of the bridge ,old colonial in cherry condition,close enough to the water that it needs flood insurance. Put four in deposit since last Thursday---one before I listed it. the buyers have finally realized that they need a Certified Buyers Agent and after missing out on enough houses or almost getting sc-----.they can't get aho.ld of us quick enough.Still have to dig tomorrow ---- My wife started treatments again today. That really s----// #^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^& knows the whole story. WE booked a trip to Bermuda in July, The last thing on my mind is going fishing there.
