karma

it sucks sometimes

it was decided the other day that i was going to play hooky tomorrow.. a friend had jury duty and assuming he wasnt called we were jumping in the truck to go down the race tomorrow to just chill... fish or no fish, it would be a nice day...

shame on me for playing hooky... because the following events unfolded.

1. my friend who works for the post office said his boss expected him into work if he wasnt called in, he figured he would stretch it out and still be able to go by noon.. just somewhere closer.. so no race, but still 1/2 day of fishing

2. my daycare providers dog got hit by a car, tomorrow is a day of mourning for her... so someone needs to stay home with my son, who just became VERY mobile... and very fast... so now I cant go till late tomorrow.. like when i would normally come home anyway...

ugh.

annoying
