GAMSBY was involved somewhere along the way as well, I would assume.
The bottom one is a GAMSBY, almost the same as the Captain Bill's.
The prices range from $20 - $40 bucks, but like they say, there is an a$$ for every seat.
Maybe some other guys around here can help get the facts straight.
