uh oh Junco's

i thought i saw one the other day
that tell tale flash of white and black
when they fly..

then i confirmed it as it hops on my deck
enjoying the spilled bird seed...

Junco's come ahead of our Nasty weather
and they are as accurate as a diving tern is for fish
as an indicator of some NASTY weather coming our way

and sure enough lots of rain in the forcast
for next week ... and we've had precious little.
