I went to the hobby shop this morning and thier were acrylic's, and a couple of other types of bases to paint with. What works the best? Actually I did mean for dipping to create swirled plugs. Some Testors are water base and do not rise to the top after being poured into the bucket. Some others do rise to the top, but I believe they are oil based.
