well i started out in Dec. so a little over 3 months. for the first 2 i really didn't see much of a difference and was starting to get frustrated then i switched up my workout routine and i started losing poundage fast. basically light weight, high reps, cardio after every workout(-300calories) and i just added an abb routine. i also started eating smaller portions of clean calories.
Surfhound from the other site was very helpful with my routine.
sounds like you're doing pretty well yourself NIB. keep it up. you;ll look in the mirror one and day and say Holy %$%$%$%$!! where did I go? great feeling...
