First keeper this year

Last Saturday (June 7), I went out on a charter that I won with three other folks in my fishing club.

It was with Capt Dave Petit of Three Ds Sport Fishing Charters in Westerly RI.

We left the dock at 5:00am. Between the 4 of us, I think we boated upwards of 40 fish with multiple double hookups on umbrella rigs and wireline. 7 keepers and many others were about 26-27 inches. The largest was 35 inches.

We all had a great time and Dave really worked hard to put us on fish. This was particularly tough due to some serious fog that didn't really lift until about 9:30 (or later).

There should be a more detailed report in a forthcoming newsletter. I'll link to it when it's available.

and all fish for that matter, is 90 percent
