My First Respectable Fish of the year

I got a later start than usual this year. I've really only started fishing hard the past month or so. Anyway's after getting skunked more often than not the past 2 weeks, I went out pretty hard last night. I had caught a nice fish last year under a full moon on a rising tide at this spot so I decided to give it a go again.

It was beautiful last night. Huge Moon, No clouds, slight breeze, warm out. What I didn't count on was The GIANT SURF! I def took a few waves on the chin but was rewarded with this fish. She measured just over 41 Inches. I didn't weigh it but when I did fillet it, I was surprised to find 10 crabs in it's stomach.

P.S.As usual I fished alone so the pictures were done with a timer on my digital camera.
