What a fun time. On day 1 we had a thresher to the boat an hour after lines in. Looked like it could possibly make the weight(kinda hard to get a measurement on a live shark trying to smack you in the head), so we stuck it. Turns out chart said it would probably be 175#(250 would qualify), and although it seemed very fat decided not to weigh it in, but eat it. Day 2 we hook up at 10 and after a 3hr fight bring in a 330 thresher. for a fairly inexperienced crew, everything went super smooth at the boat. I believe that shark put us in 6th, 5pounds out of the prizes
RJ Amorroso did a great job on the rod for us. Pulling into Oak Bluffs with that shark was an unbelievable experience.
