Saltwater Sportsman Magazine editor Barry Gibson will be our special guest in April, 2001. Barry is a life long saltwater fisherman, is a former member of the New England Fisheries Management Council, currently sits on the New England Fisheries Management Council's Ground fish Advisory Board and is along a charter captain out of Maine.
