In regards to the stickers and folks not buying them anymore.....I can only speak for myself but I am sure many agree, with the prolonged beach closures, the damn birds, the friggin seals, the mung.....to drive 2 hours with the price of gas....all those things rolled into one and it just ain't friggin worth it for me. You can keep the cape as far as I'm concerned.

Anyone with the wherewithal to overcome all of the above should be rewarded with some fish, even if its a quick blast. The odds are more against consistent fishing success now than ever though.
Closures, birds, and mung have always been factors and they were easy to overcome. Its the lack of fish now that makes it tough to justify the time and expense.
