Spence you don't have to buy the whole rack in the case do you? In Hingham at times there looks like thier maybe 15 prime ribs in the drying case. Some that I can see with my glasses and best eye squinting I can muster have a weight and price attached to the end of the cut. I always assumed you bought the whole piece and not just say three or four ribs. Do I understand that correctly or can you buy three or four ribs?
