Went to pick mine up yesterday afternoon in New London. Went to the office where I enrolled and where the online form told me to go... find a note said they switched offices, across the river in Gales Ferry... 1hr later I found it. typical %$%$%$%$ed up system.... one guy had been there 2hrs, and another just showed up at 2p for an 1130a appointment b/c he was lost for 2+hrs... at least I have it for 5 years
