Mainly interested on the pro's and con's of forming a sole proprietor vs LLC? Concerning taxes , insurance , liability , etc . I would be selling fresh produce, just myself working , would be a gross income of 2-10k , doing retail sales to restaurants , at farmers markets and via farm to restaurant delivery service. Thanks
