justplugit Registered Grandpa iTrader: (0) Join Date: Nov 2003 Location: east coast Posts: 8,592	New GOP rules- All Bills will be put up on the web for the citizens to see for at least 3 days before voting. Sounds familiar but Obama never implemented it. Each Bill will be required to show where it falls under the Constitution before voted on. Introduced by Congressman Scott Garret. The Constitution will be read out loud when Congress re-convenes. Welcome "Change", but let's wait and see.
