Bean's absolutely Rock's, I just returned two year old waders that leaked like a sieve and a pair of 1yr old studded wading boot that had rusted studs and a pulled rivet and they gave me a $257. gift card no questions asked. I just replaced the items online, and got a nice pair a pliers with the 20% discount. I've always heard it's easy to return stuff but that was amazing, TT vic said they were gonna kick us out when they saw all the patches on my waders.
