It is on the rise again, people responding to the emails notifying them of PMs - which just get kicked back to the server - instead of responding to PMs through the site.
When you reply to a PM notification email, the person that sent the PM will never get the response.
You MUST respond to a PM from the Private Messaging doohickey on the top right under your name
