Taco Marine Customer Service

I installed new Taco bases and poles a few weeks ago on my boat. Whet to fuel up this past Saturday and when I got back I noticed the knob & cap, metal tension plate, C-clip and washer was gone. I assume it wasn’t tightened enough and fell off. I called Taco on Monday to order the replacement parts and explained what happened. Told them it was 100% my fault and that I was even more upset with myself b/c they were brand new and I haven’t even used them yet. I told them I knew I could order the knob, cap, c-clip and washer but I couldn’t find the metal tension plate on their site. Taco customer service told me that was not a part that was listed as available on their site. I asked if I could order one and they put me on hold. I minute later the woman came back and told me they would send ALL the parts out as a courtesy to me at no charge. UPS pulled up today (3 days later) with the replacement parts. It Doesn’t get any better than that. They even paid for shipping………………………
