I was at a cookout on the Hull seawall and actually watched this event transpire, and we were the first to call 911. My friends father pointed out some sppedboats that seemed to be racing each other, at least 3, might of been four. They all looked to be the same size and style and were running wide open, pretty close to each other. I think the last or second to last boat caught the wake of the leading boats, caught air, buried its nose, and slammed upside down. We were quite a way away and could see the water explode from the force. Seemed to me that all the boat operaters were operating recklessly and would not be suprised at all if alcohol was in the mix. Kudos to the woman that jumped in to attempt rescue.
