Lake house for sale.
THis is my next door neighbor. Really nice house on an awesome lake. Good fishing, wicked clean. He dropped it from 435K, wants to get out before winter. And i want him too also, even though he is a great neighbor i want the discount on his snowblower. 108 miles from the canal or Pt Judith, plus car pooling opportunities.
