Serious....if you are smelling gas in the house....and the stove takes forever before it ignites......sooner or later you are probably going to go boom.

Your landlord sounds like an A-hole so I would tell her to screw and move. She won't fix anything....eff her.

you're paying rent so you don't have to worry about these things.....yet she won't respond to any of the issues you are having.
