Need Tips

I have been surf casting for years in Fla, for Snook, Tarpon, sharks, etc.....
I live in the New Hampshire area now. I caught a Striped Bass ( 44inch/ 33lbs) of Rye beach incoming tide with mackerel) well that was the only thing I have caught in past 3 years.
Can someone familiar with the New Hampshire fishing scene please give me some tips on good spots, bait, times, tides. I rarely use lures for ocean fishing.
My setup is 8ft BWS Ugly Stick Heavy action ( great play and excelent casting distance) and Shimano Bait Runner 6500, 20lbs test line. I rig 18 - 24 inch 60 lbs leader line.
