Soundbounder Registered User Join Date: Nov 2011 Posts: 95	NY Announces Changes to Blackfish (Tautog) Regs The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation has set new recreational fishing rules for blackfish (tautog) for 2012 NY Announces Changes to Blackfish Fishery \| BoatingLocal.com -The season has been shortened by 70 days, and now runs from October 8 to December 4. -The minimum size limit has been increased to 16” total length. -The possession limit of 4 fish per day remains unchanged.
