Looking for a remodeler in the East Bay
Don't think I have the time to do this myself, so if anyone can recommend anyone decent that might want to take on a job this size let me know.
Pretty straightforward project.
Two basement rooms total about 10'X30'. Need to gut the space, install flooring (might get a flooring guy to do this), walls and ceiling.
The stairway (straight shot) probably needs to be rebuilt (or fixed) and a column installed as I think the main floor is sagging a bit.
Enlarge a closet and probably replace the exterior door.
New baseboard radiator covers and basic trim work. Want to build a nice wood cap for the perimeter knee wall.
Shouldn't require any electrical or plumbing.
