I've had regular encounters with them fishing the CTR in the spring. I've never had one get really aggressive with me but they do scare the hell out of you when they tail slap a few feet behind you. Knowing they are around is usually enough to get me to move to a new spot, they are certainly big enough that i wouldn't want to mess with one.
