Can someone explain the SCUP
"Special Area Provisions"??? Are they simply lowering the size limits in the hottest poaching spots to curb them having to take action? Gotta be 10" under the Sakonnet bridge but not at the Stone Bridge??? No wonder Grinnells has been packed w/poac...errr people.
Thank God I like them pan-fried and not poached.
