Don't want him banned....l want the Yankees to pay him the money they owe him. He gets banned and they are off the hook for something to the tune of 80+ mil. Why should they get a "Get out of crap contract free" card, While other teams don't get that option. Suspend him like everybody else caught using PED's.

I think he has 4 years left on his contract. If he gets suspended through 2014, he still has 3 years left and the Yankees will be on the hook for it. That's a lot of money for an over the hill player who hasn't played in 2 years and who's skills were diminishing even before the injuries and suspension.

Conservatism is not about leaving people behind. Conservatism is about empowering people to catch up, to give them tools at their disposal that make it possible for them to access all the hope, all the promise, all the opportunity that America offers. - Marco Rubio

Notice that all the other guys on that list are either from the Dominican Republic or Nicaragua or Venezuela. These are just the guys who were unlucky enough to be with the wrong lab at the wrong time.
While I'm no fan of ARod, trying to make him the fall-guy and example for a problem that has been so widespread is not sufficient for what Seleg needs to do to clean baseball.
