for the complete IDIOTS............
carry a straightened coat hanger (or section of
thru wire) and thread it
thru a plug body,(for a handle)
then bend to a long shafted "L" so when you swing the wire over head it revolves... at the other end bend a narrow hook.
then attach some "dry" fine to medium steel wool
and have it ready to light off (need a hot flame)
in an emergency....
this is NOT intended for use where gasoline or fuels are nearby!
but you can
create a thirty foot
wide or tall Circle of SPARKS
that could be seen for miles.... Like a huge Sparkler.
