It's not so much that I dislike bluefish, I just love Striped bass so much.
If I know there are bass around, I'll avoid the blues. I'd rather catch sea robins than bluefish. Sea Robins are another under rated fish. The big ones can be dogged fighters. So it's this order. Striper, Fluke (just because they are so good), Shad, Sea Robin, then bluefish followed by winter flounder and herring.(hate the cold more than bluefish)
