What brand of smoker is that ? I'm looking for a larger one that the kettle I have now . I can get about 6 good fillets at a time. and only one chicken at a time ,plus the temperature control is shakey at best. I love them blues with brown sugar and black pepper or with soy sauce and garlic. I'm trying a hot pepper sauce tonight
