I use an old tica 10' rod. Its my chunking stick, not ideal but it seems to work ok. I would prefer a glass rod so i dont lost my chunk on the cast as frequently as i do but it gets the job done. Its kinda fun fishing with mono again, i forgot what it was like to catch a fish on the stuff.
