it could get that crazy what with the Government being shut down
same as prohibition right now........
they drove the price up to unprecedented heights for weed
by claiming it was in the same category /league of schedule 2 drugs
for 50 years
then.... when a state finally declared it was legalizing it (colorado)
they came back with
oh yeah
we're gonna tax it at a rate of UM? 30%
basically making themselves a cartel in the process.
