I usually report more and take more pics. This year the camera was
stowed mostly. There was one outing on block that I wish I
captured. The surf was unusually calm and underneath the glass was
an incredible carpet of different colored mosses that were alive with
life. Just all kinds of fish moving around. Although the fishing was
slow and no one connected with striped bass at that spot.... that
cove was very much alive. Its funny, I had been to that spot about a
dozen times, yet it was the first time that I was able to see it clearly.
A few months later I tried to go back but the surf was too big to see
into the window.

I fished with Tony Stetzko for the first time this year. Such an
incredible person, angler, and artist. He is really one with Nauset.

I know that it has been posted before, but Tony has been severly ill
and needs our support. Anything that you can contribute to help our
surfcasting brother will go a long way. Please, even if all you can
contribute is $10...it would be greatly appreciated.
