RI is holding a public workshop and hearing on all proposed rule changes for the 2015 season on
Feb. 16th. Among them are the striped bass rules, including a 1 fish at 28 inches for everyone and a 1 fish at 28 inches for general public and 2 at 32 inches for Charter/party boats.
