The NJ Regs. are obviously not what must of us wanted, but I will say, generally speaking that there are many fisherman in our community (online community) that would not keep a fish over 43" anyway. In addition, most weekend warriors are not going to catch a 43" or over fish at noon on Saturday when they fish. The only area where this becomes problematic to me is with party boats and charter boats. Don't get me wrong, this is still a step in the right direction, and it saves many fish (in theory).
