They (NOAA, NEFMC, GARFO, etc.) reject all we say anyway and then do what they want (that is to give the draggers what they want).

I start every meeting I go to by suggesting we remove the draggers from the water and "problems solved". I'm told to shut up every time!

No offense cpt, but if what you are saying is true its time to Learn how to politic better or take this on a public venue and do some rabble rousing, or is it that you would prefer to take the salted ride and say your are part of this?
Really the move is up to you and with no disrespect your comment about is very disappointing...
