				Democrats Ban Iranians

Jimmy Carter bans Iranians so democrats say that was good for the country....Trump talks to ban some Muslims and democrats say that is so terrible....what is the difference....it is right for dems but wrong for repubs
Now U have the head of the republicans in NY wants to banish Trump from the party now knowing that they can not beat him any other way.... that would B a huge mistake for them....by doing that would force Trump to go independent and that would seal republicans coffin....and remember the nite they pledged to support the norminee, well if they go aganist that pledge if Trump wins the majority of delegates and not picked by the GOP I would not blame him for running independent.... |

				 | Wow, I didn't know that. Seems different to ban a Religion vs people from a country.
Do you have any links to that?

 | Could you please and try to be a little more contradictory in your remarks?

The Carter event were political sanctions in response to actions by a recognized government...it had nothing to do with security.

A huge number of people think that almost everything Obama is doing, is wrong. But at least more so...Obama is a world-class jerk about it, in terms of how he describe severyone who doesn't kiss his ring (bitter clingers, republicans gotta stop just hatin' all the time). This ha screated a very combustible anti_Obama sentiment. People are so ticked off, that they are supporting the one guy who isn't afraid to say that Obama is an idiot, he's not afraid to say that career politicians can't do anything, he's not afraid to say that we need to secure our borders, he's not afraid to see that we need to re-assert our greatness and not apologize for it.

I wouldn't vote for him in a million years. But I find it very easy to understand his appeal. |

A much higher % of Democrats support Hilary. Plenty of lies, moral decadence, and scandal there, no?

65% want someone else. But I can't argue with you, it's embarassing that he's polling so high.

"The more he lies, his popularity increases"

His popularity shot up because he, unlike Obama, is willing to say out loud that Muslim jihadists pose an immediate threat to our safety. His proposal is to temporarily prevent these people from coming here, until we figure out a better solution. Is there a lie in there somewhere? |

				 | It surprises me that the republicans running for office and the news media says Trump has not stated what he would do if elected....I have not heard one candidate say what they would do if president nor have I heard any media ask the other candidates that question ....... |

				 | When people criticize Trump for wanting a temporary ban on Muslim immigration by saying that's not who we are, or that it is un-American, or anti-constitutional, do they know what they are talking about? I'd think the Founders' opinion would be American, constitutional, and who we are:http://humanevents.com/2015/12/11/im...tm_campaign=nl |

				 | Trump is a Nationalist in every sense of the word. And many are attracted to strengthening this nation. That said, he is also a world class self promoter above anything and as much a wildcard as the nutjob who is President of Iran. |

George Washington's letter to J.Adams summed the reasons for immigration
up perfectly-- "by an inter mixture with our people they,
or their decendents get assimilated into our customs, measures, laws: in a word, soon become one people.

This is a far cry from some immigrants today coming here to create their own terrorist state and kill us.
Wake up and put a hold on immigration until we find a fool proof way to vet those who come here to kill us, rather than assimilate with us.
A Third Grader could see the common sense in that. |

 | how do you know what he called for?..you frequently tell us that politicians(particularly those that you adore) don't mean what they actually said, in fact, can often mean something entirely different than what they clearly state...perhaps you are taking him out of context or perhaps it was a long day on the campaign trail and he was exhausted...or maybe you aren't smart enough to grasp the concepts and nuances of what he was actually calling for.... soooo...you should probably just start calling him "President Trump" ... |

 | Spence, you are resorting to your old, annoying hit and run tactics again.... Stand up and explain yourself instead.
Here is the first sentence to which you refer;

President Obama claims that restricting immigration in order to protect national security is “offensive and contrary to American values.” |
